Instructions
- Submit the Online Application Form along with all the required documents in triplets to Office of Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Madikeri on or before Closing date.
- For PCARDB Scheme, along with the Online Application Form and required documents, additionally submit documents related to Beneficiaries such as Caste Certificate, Loan Application, Copy of Loan Distribution Advised Card
- Submit any other additional documents to the department if necessary
