KODAGU DISTRICT –WOMEN AND CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES – BRIEF DISCRIPTION

PREAMBLE

Women and Children Development Department strives for women equality, socio-economic stability and works for children’s welfare.
The Department is working hard in developing ways and means through its different schemes and programmes for women to achieve social and financial equality and upliftment in mainstream society. Constitution has given enough powers to take up issue of overall development of women and children.
The Department through its programmes is empowering women through education, training, self employment, income generating activities, developing self help groups so that women can achieve socio and economic prosperity and lead a good standard life.

Children abusement, discrimination, exploitation, health degradation, child marriage have been put on hold through legislations and Department is striving hardproviding legal assistance, shelter, food, education, training, health assistance so that the children of the future grow to be more competent in the struggling world.The Government and the Department is allocating sufficient funds in this regard.The programmes has been implemented through departmental and Non government Agencies.

All Central, State, District, Taluk level programmes has been implemented through Deputy Director women and child Development Department Kodagu District Madikeri in lieu with Department District and Taluk level officers, zilla Panchayath , Taluk panchayath and grampanchayath officials.

Monitoring of all the programmes will be conducted by the Deputy Director women and child Development Department and reports are submitted monthly to the Head of the Department.

All Funds released by Financial Department is Released to Zilla panchayath and Taluk panchayath and State Head of Accounts.These funds are re distributed as per action plan. District Treasury takes a major role in fund distribution and accounting of bills submitted for payment.

The Department Head takes a major role in efficient implementation of all District and Taluk level programmes.


State level Programmes

Stree shakthi programme:

Rural women are brought under the umbrella of SELF HELP GROUPS and through these groups rural women are being strengthened thro financial assistance, income generation activites, through which they can achieve social and economic progress and lead a standard life.

Kodagu district has 928 STREE SHAKTHI SELF HELP GROUPS .These groups has been given Rs 25000/- of revolving fund to help inciate financial circulation wihin the group members. The members have been given skill development Trainings and take up income generation activities in personal level and group level as well. The groups are given incentive funds of Rs 20000 and 15000 for a savings of Rs 100000 and Rs 75000 respectively. An incentive of Rs 5000 has been given to the groups indulging in income generating activies. Steps have been taken to provide loans and marketing facilities for the products produced by the STREE SHAKTHI SELF HELP GROUPS.

clegal assistance, accomation for short time stay, medical help, and assisting them in regrouping their life and live a independently. 248*7 Free Toll number 1091 has been floated for the assistance of Distressed women in need of help. Finacial assistance of rupees 2000 to 10000 can be made to the needy.

Child welfare committee and juvinile justice Board:

Both the committee and the Board has been established as per Juvinile justice act 2000. Children in confict with law, neglected children are placed under probation and rehabilated through our CHILD CARE INSTITUTIONS.

Probation of Offenders Act 1956:

Central Probation of offenders Act 1958 probvides probation for under 18 Children who are in conflict with law for the first time. Under this scheme one Probation Officer is working under the Juvinile Justice Board. As per Court Order and Children Care Institution request from all over Karnataka the Probation Officer will conduct a Social Investigation Report and submit to the JUDGE and the concerned Institutions.

Bhagyalakshmi Yojane:

As per 2001 Population Census Karnataka male/female sex ratio is 1000/964 respectively. Though this index is better than National Index much has to be achieved in improving this ratio. Male children are benfited from many socio economic reasons. This affiliation towars male child as led to drop in Girl child. So incentive and value should be created for Girl child. Hence the Department has evolved programmes for improving the sex ratio and Protection of Girl child through this Bhagyalakshmi Scheme introduced in the year 2006-07. Under this Scheme Families Below poverty line can avail this scheme upto two Girl children and the family should restrict their child Birth to two only.As per the Scheme Girl child Born between 31-03-2006 and 31-07-2008 will be given Rs 10000. Later 1st Girl child born after 01-08-2008 is given Rs 19300 and 2nd Child is given Rs 18350.These amount will be deposited with the implanting agency “ life insurance corporation of India” for the time Girl child attains the age of 18 years. The maturity amount after interest is dispersed when the Girl attains 18 years. The Girl child can awail the benefit of the scheme within the age of 2 years.

As the Government Circular wcd87wcd2020 Dated10-11-2020 The Baghyalakshmi Scheme as been merged with the POST OFFICE Central Scheme “SUKANY SAMRUDHI YOJAN” and hence as been implemented.

  • Under Bhagyalaksmi Sukanya samrudhi account yojane the 2 Girl Children of BPl familes will be deposied a amount of rs 3000/- monthly for a period of 15 years amounting to Rs 45000/- annually and deposited in the Girl Child’s Sukanya samrudhi account
  • Benificitiary after attaining the age of 21 years will be eligible for the maturity and the interest amount of fixed deposit from the Date of Deposit to Sukanya samrudhi yoyane account. The maturity amount approximately being Rs 1.27 lakh (Present Interest rates).
  • For the purpose of 10th standard Education and Higher studies an amount equivalent of 50% can be drawn from Bhagyalakshmi sukanys samrudhi Account.

Anganawadi workers and Helpers Death Relief Fund and Severe illness financial support:

Under this Scheme an amount of Rs 50000 will be paid to the family nominee of the Honarary Anganwadi worker and Honarary Anganwadi Helper who attained Death while serving. An same amount of money will be given for medical treatment for 07 Critical illness while in Duty. For to avail this benefit the benifitiary have to be complete one year of service.

Awareness Programs for the Prevention of Social Disorders:

Promotional programs and campaigns will be organized in association with voluntary organizations to raise public awareness on social hazards such as dowry, violence against women, family violence, child marriage, alcohol and drug abuse.

The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence A Act, 2005:

The Government of India has enacted the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and the Rule 2006 to effectively enforce this Act to provide for the protection of the rights protected by women in the Constitution. District level Deputy Directors, Department of Women and Child Development and the respective Child Development Planners at Taluk level have been appointed by the Government as Protection Officer to Protect Vulnerable Women. If abused women contact these authorities, they will help to provide all relief measures available under the Act. Free Legal Advisory Centers are set up in the offices of the Child Development Planners of each taluk in association with the Karnataka State Legal Services Authority.

Adoption Program:

The adoption program provides a good family environment for orphaned, destitute and neglected children, to provide them with affection, love and protection and to create a better future for their children and to create a sense of responsibility and responsibility in the lives of parents who have no real children. As the Supreme Court notes, the family will be a better place for the overall development of the child. The adoption process ensures the child’s right to family.

The Hoysala Code and the Lower Below Chemma Awards:

This is the plan to award the Hoysala code and the two lower girls’ award to two girls in the district who have demonstrated unparalleled courage and bravery in the age group of 6-15 years. The project is designed to award the child the opportunity to use the time-consciousness of his life to encourage others to become examples of courageous life-saving cases. Sponsorship Scheme:

This scheme will be implemented under Section 43 of the Balanayaya Act (Protection and Nurture) Act 2000 and Rule 30 of the Karnataka Balanayayah (Protection and Protection) Act, 2002. Providing supplementary resources to parents and guardians of children under the Balance Act under the scheme 2000, providing financial support for child education, vocational training, health care etc. Assistance will be provided under this scheme. The District Child Welfare Committee has the authority to provide financial assistance to the children under this scheme.

Construction of NABARD-assisted Anganwadi Buildings:

Recognizing the dire need of building anganwadi centers, NABARD provides financial assistance to build the building. Every year funds are being released by the government to build Anganwadi Buildings under the NABARD-assisted RIDF scheme, which is being funded by the District Design and Construction Agency, as per Department guidelines.

Women and Child Trafficking Scheme:

Trafficking in women and children in the form of goods for illicit activities has been on the rise in recent times, a serious development for civil society. It is imperative to prevent this spill at the local level. To prevent and transport human trafficking It is the duty of everyone in civil society to rehabilitate the rehabilitated women and children. The Department has implemented this program, as it is necessary to raise awareness at the district, taluk and village level to control this systematic child. Committees have been set up at the district, taluk and village level to prevent traffic. Training programs are conducted for taluk and village level members. Jathas, parades and street plays are organized to educate the public on the issue.

District Level Awards for Exceptional Gifted Children:

This is an award scheme with the approval of a committee chaired by the District Superintendents, recognizing two children in each field of excellence in education, arts, culture and sports. This award is worth Rs. 10,000 cash and includes an award card. The district awards 8 such children each year.

Skill Development Training:

The background of children and women enrolled in reform institutions is miserable. These children and women come from extreme poverty, from a broken family, from a disunited family, from single parents or from a family with no one parent. The Government has implemented a Skills Development Training Program for the residents of the Reform Institutions, recognizing that the Department is working hard to bring such children to the main channel of society and that it is necessary for children and women in these institutions to receive vocational skills training in order to become the mainstay of life in the competitive world. This training is currently being offered at the Child Reform Institute in Madikeri. Under this scheme, the residents of the institution can be trained in any skill according to their interest and qualifications.

Bala Bhavan:

Creative and dynamic activities are carried out by the District Bala Bhavan to bring out the talent in 6-16 year olds. The objective of Bala Bhavan is to identify and bring to light the appropriate talents of children by conducting activities such as music, dance, painting, crafts, clay art, drama etc. in these activities. These programmes are given top priority to government school children and underprivileged children to the children of government boys/girls children of child temple institutions. Special priority is given to children with disabilities and HIV infected children.

District Sector Plans

Integrated Child Development Service (ICDS):

This is a central award scheme designed with a focus on all-round development of children. Children under six years of age, pregnant women and infants are provided with supplementary nutritional food, vaccines, informal preschools, health check-ups, malnourished children to NRC centers of health department and health and nutrition education. Facilities for this project will be implemented through Anganwadi Centers. There are currently 848 Anganwadi Centers and 23 Mini Anganwadi Centers in the district. In each Anganwadi center there is one activist and one maid acting on a respectable basis. This program is being implemented by the Taluk Panchayats.

Supplemental Nutrition Program:

The objective of this program is to improve the nutritional status of children, pregnant and infants under six years of age and to eliminate malnutrition. Children under 6 years of age can get Rs. 8.00 worth of supplementary nutritious food (milk powder, egg, vegetable, food items) for pregnant women, nurses, anganwadi workers and helpers under the matrimonial scheme and Rs. 9.50 worth of supplemental nutrition is provided 300 days a year. Also, children suffering from severe malnutrition will be paid Rs. Nutritional food worth 12.00 is given 300 days a year. ICDS As a guideline, beneficiaries are provided with supplemental nutrient supplements to supplement specific dietary intake of calories and protein per day. Adolescent girls (Kishoris) and Anganwadi workers and helpers are also identified as beneficiaries under this program. This program is being implemented by the Taluk Panchayats. Children from six months to six years of age, through child development plan officers and Anganwadi centers, for the beneficiaries by purchasing, cleaning, processing and packing supplementary foods through 2 (two) MSPC (Women’s Supplementary Nutritional Supply and Production Unit) in the district. Supplementary nutritional food is distributed to pregnant, infants, Kishoris, Anganwadi worker / helpers. Supplemental Nutrition Program has been implemented by the Department to combat malnutrition.

Food supplies are being supplied to the Anganwadi centers of the Madikeri project by the MSPC unit of Somwarpet taluk. Mathrupoorna yoojana:

Government Order No: MAME 152 ICD 2017 (Part-2) has been implemented as a 23-year-old matriarchy plan to provide mid-day meal at Anganwadi Center for pregnant women and pregnant women.

The main objective of the project is as follows.
  • Increase the nutritional status of pregnant women, reduce birth weight and malnutrition in children
  • Reducing the number of pregnant women suffering from anemia and malnutrition
  • Pregnant women should be sure to consume 100 iron tablets
  • Pregnant women do not share the food that is given to them by other members of the family
  • Reducing Infant Mortality and Maternal Mortality Rates and Low Birth Weight
  • Ensure pregnant women receive timely health check-up and vaccination services

Accounting of these matters will be handled by member secretary The Committee has been given the financial authority to adequately conduct the programs and modifications of the programs as set out from time to time. Duties and responsibilities of the Bala vikasa Committee:

  • The Committee on Infrastructure will plan an action plan 2 times a year with the benefit of the beneficiaries in mind of the need for improvement of the Anganwadi Center.
  • Providing suitable place to build the building as the center of Anganwadi.
  • Minor repairs to the Anganwadi building and paint from time to time.
  • To supervise the construction of toilets in Anganwadi centers and to provide water facilities for the benefit of children with disabilities.
  • Supervise the Anganwadi Worker to carry out surveys of his central jurisdiction every year.
  • Ensure that all children under six years of age, pregnant and pregnant, are registered as Anganwadi beneficiaries.
  • Monitoring of Anganwadi center from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm.
  • Co-ordinate the Anganwadi Worker from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm if necessary.
  • Two members of the Committee shall be present at the time of the supply of food items to the Anganwadi Center, ensuring the quality and proper supply.
  • Try to get locally available food items such as vegetables, greens and fruits for free.
  • Taking action to improve severely handicapped children if their parents / mothers who are severely handicapped are interested in providing high quality nutrition and medicine.
  • Health services such as the vaccination program, health screening and health and nutrition camps.
  • Taking action to celebrate children’s birthdays at Anganwadi center.
  • Arrangements for National Festivals and Days according to the annual schedule of the centers.
  • The bridge between Anganwadi activist, supervisor and gram panchayat.
  • Meetings of the Child Labor Committee every month, to discuss the shortcomings of the Center and take appropriate action.
  • In the Anganwadi centers, children under 6 years of age should be educated and informed about their parents.
  • Encouraging parents to enroll all children after leaving Anganwadi Center.
  • Conducting various other activities that are necessary for the development of Anganwadi centers.
  • Respond immediately to any accident, accident or emergency and take action to resolve the issue. If necessary bring it to the notice of the concerned authorities.

Provision of Anganwadi Buildings by the Department:

This grant is utilized for the maintenance and repair of Anganwadi Buildings which have already been constructed using various resources to provide pre-school education to the children coming to the Anganwadi centers, to protect the children from rain, wind and sun and to prepare food items for the centers. One of the basic infrastructure needs to be a good building for the proper delivery of the services of the Integrated Child Development Services Program and for the smooth functioning of the Anganwadi Centers. Now it is a taluk panchayat program.

Needy Child Cottages:

The purpose of this project is to provide care, protection, rehabilitation and rehabilitation of destitute children and provide them with a family environment. Under this scheme, registered voluntary organizations operating in the field of child welfare for at least three years will be allowed to open cottages for the care and nurturing of 25 destitute children. 90% of the approved cost will be paid in the form of grants, according to the project’s design. The remaining 10 per cent will be borne by the charity. Under this scheme, the cost of care for each needy child is Rs. 1000 and Rs. 50 as rent for rent. Following are the needy cottages in Kodagu district.

Central government funded projects

ICDS Training Program for Anganwadi workers:

To train the activists of the Comprehensive Child Development Program and to become a social change activist. Through this training, ICDS is able to bring about dynamic, impactful, intelligible change. Will be given the ability to achieve the objective of the program and make the ICDS program a Human Resource Development Program. In addition to this, the ICDS program also provides training and other training programs. The newly recruited Anganwadi workers at Anganwadi Training Center in Madikeri are given 30 days of vocational training and 2 years of rehabilitation training. Orientation and rehabilitation training will also be provided to Anganwadi Assistants.

NPS Scheme for Anganwadi Workers / Helpers:

The Anganwadi Workers and Assistants working on the Comprehensive Child Development Program (NPS) have been newly implemented since 2011. The Anganwadi workers registered under this scheme are paid Rs.150 with their honors and Rs.75 for the helpers. Under the NPS Scheme, the Front Card is issued by the NSDL to registered activists / assistants, the amount paid to the retired Anganwadi Workers / Assistants based on their service and the total amount added by the Government. In case of death while in service, death compensation is payable. Anganwadi workers and helpers aged 18 to 60 are covered by insurance.

Adolescent Girls Scheme:

Under the Adolescent Girls Scheme, children who drop out of school for 11-14 years are the beneficiaries. Under the scheme, supplementary nutritional food program will cost Rs. Supplemental nutritious food is being served at home at a cost of 9.50.

The main objectives of the project are:
  • Self Empowerment of Pregnant Girls.
  • Improving their health and nutrition level.
  • Awareness on health, hygiene and nutrition. Motivating to get back to school.
  • Training in vocational skills.
  • Provide guidance and information on public services such as PHC / CHC / Taluk Hospitals / Post Office / Bank / Police Station etc.

National Award for Exceptional Achievement Children:

Children aged 4 to 15 who have excelled in the field of education, arts and culture and sports will be honored and promoted. The award was presented with a Gold Medal which includes Rs. 20,000-00 cash. 35 silver medals for each state and Rs. 10000 Cash and Prize Deed.

Poshan Abhiyan Scheme:

Poshan Abhiyaan is India’s flagship scheme to improve the nutritional outcomes of adolescents, children, pregnant women and lactating mothers. The scheme is mainly focused through Anganwadi Centres and more attention is being paid to the health and nutrition of 0-6 year old children, pregnant women, Lactating Mother and adolescent, who are beneficiaries of integrated child development scheme.

The scheme, implemented across the country, will not be limited to beneficiaries, but will also provide awareness about health and nutrition to everyone in the community by organizing different programmes on various platforms such as mass movement and community based activities through information, education and communication. It is intended to reduce malnutrition, stunted growth, anemia in children, anemia in women and adolescent girls and the birth rate of underweight children with a noble desire to improve living standards with positive changes in overall day-to-day health and nutrition related activities.

Integrated Child Development Services under Poshan Abhiyan Scheme

  • 0 months- 6-year-Children, pregnant/Lactating Mother, 11-14-year-old school dropouts Adolescent Girls, enrolled in Poshan Tracker Application: After Registered in Poshan tracker app Beneficiaries are provided Benefits by the government.
  • Providing supplementary nutritious food facilities to beneficiaries registered in Poshan Tracker.
  • Taking Care of beneficiaries registered Regular Health check-up and care for the beneficiary suffering from malnutritation and anemia.
  • Anganwadi Centre is the centre for providing integrated child development services so that all facilities are provided to the beneficiaries coming to anganwadi centre in the interest of the beneficiaries such as a good building facility, water connection, electricity facility, toilet facility, nutrition garden etc.

Poshan Tracker App

The purpose of POSHAN Tracker application is to provide a 360-degree view of the activities of the Anganwadi Centre (AWC), service deliveries of Anganwadi Workers (AWWs) and complete beneficiary management for pregnant women, lactating mothers and children of 0-6 years. The proposed system should enable real-time monitoring and tracking of all AWCs, AWWs and beneficiaries on the defined indicators.

Real time recording and Monitoring

The Poshan Tracker enables real-time monitoring and tracking of all AWCs and beneficiaries on defined indicators. It is built using centralized data architecture that also aligns with the digital technology systems of other ministries and programs. The objective is to provide a 360-degree view of the activities of the Anganwadi Centre (AWC), service deliveries of Anganwadi Workers (AWWs) and complete beneficiary management for pregnant women, lactating mothers and children. The public dashboard helps to impart transparency on services delivered to beneficiaries.

Services Delivered

Tracking of services to the end beneficiary at a click of a button. Services like Take Home Ration (THR) and Hot cooked Meal (HCM), vaccination for Infants and Pregnant Women.

Growth Measurement

Children of different age groups are monitored on monthly basis by AWWs. Health indicators like Stunting, Wasting and Underweight prevalence are measured as per WHO standards. Regular growth monitoring helps AWWs to provide relevant and timely assistance to children.

Home Visit Alerts

The Poshan Tracker generates automated alerts to the critical last-mile beneficiaries. It also ensures efficient audit of the delivery system by documenting real time attendance of beneficiaries and duty bearers. This management information system will help the nutrition programme to scale efficiently, thereby generating and documenting positive impact.

Pradhan Mantri Matruvandana Yojana (PMMVY)

The objective of the scheme is to provide partial compensation for the wage loss in terms of cash incentives so that the woman can take adequate rest before and after delivery of the first living child of the family. The cash incentive provided would help them to overcome problems related to Anaemia, Undernutrition or Malnutrition , Child death & Mother death. The Maternity Benefit Programme is implemented in all the districts of the country through The Women and Child Welfare , Department . PMMVY is implemented using the platform of Anganwadi Services scheme & the application form of the scheme will be provided in the nearby Anganwadi Centre .

Eligible Benificiary for PMMVY scheme :

  • Pregnant Women (PW) and Lactating Mothers (LM) are eligible for this scheme . (the first live birth of the family subject to their fulfilling of specific conditions)
  • Both APL & BPL Card holders are eligible (Exception for Benificiary who are Central government & State government Employee).
  • The beneficiary can only apply for the scheme within 730 days from the date of beneficiary’s Last Menstrual Period subject to scheme eligibility conditions being met.
  • Benificiary should get registered within 150 days of LMP.

KARNATAKA STATE WOMENS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (KSWDC)

UDYOGINI SCHEME:

The scheme envisages helping women to engage themselves in income generating activities and to make them self-employed and intends facilitate to avail loan through banks and other financial institutions. It also intends to provide subsdy through the corporation, to the tune of 50% or maximun of Rs.50,000/- of the project cost to women belonging to SC/ST subsidy & of 30% or a maximun of Rs.30,000/- to women belonging to vulnerble category and general category.

Maximum limit of the project cost considered for subsidy is Rs.1.00 lakh

  • Women who are in the age group of 18-55 years Belongs to General Categories and their income does not exceed RS 1,50,000/- annually are eligible for the benefits of this scheme.
  • Women who are in the age group of 18-55 years Belongs to SC-ST Categories and their income does not exceed RS 2,00,000/- annually are eligible for the benefits of this scheme.
  • There is no cut-off limit for income for widows, destitute and physically challenged women (Vulnerable category).
  • A three day EDP training will be provided to women beneficiaries under this scheme between the date of approval of loan and day of release of loan amount.

MIRCO CREDIT SCHEME:

In order to facilitate the members of the stree shakti self help groups who are willing to take a income generating activities an interest free loan of Rs. 2.00 lakh is given throuh RTGS directily to each group from KSWDC.

CHETHANA SCHEME:

Under CHETHAN scheme, financial assistance of Rs.30,000 /- in the form of insentive is provided through RTGS directly to female sex workers who are willing to give up their current profession and willing to income generating activities to lead a respectable and dignified life.

REHABILITATION PROGRAMMES FOR SEXUAL MINORITIES:

To assist in starting self-emplolyment initiative in order to facilitate transgender persons to lead an honorabvle life and to bring theme to the maintream of society, financial assistance of Rs.30,000/- with EDP training to individual beneficiary is being provided.

DHANASHREE:

Dhanashree scheme envisages helping HIV infected women to become economically indefendene by providing subsidy directly to benificiaries to bring them to the main stream. Under this scheme financialy assistence of RS.30,000/- will be provide as a subsidy to the beneficiaries to take up income generating activies and small production units. HIV infected women between the age group of 18-60 yesrs are eligible for the benifits under this scheme.

TRAINING PROGRAMMES FOR WOMEN:

Training programmes aimimg to improve the skill to women belonging to lower income group, widows, destitutes, physically challenged and women belonging to SC/ST categories are envisaged. These programmes intend to develop entrepreneurs are given training in preparation of project reports, general accounts maintenance, handling of raw materials, awareness about market situation and subject like Beauty Culture, Fashion Desiging, Garments, Printing, Media,Videography, Hospitality, Food processing, Bag making, Embroider etc. Training will be imparted though union R seti , Bank sponsored training institutions, Government training institutions, and KVSDC, Preference is given to destitute and physically challenged women.


Powers and duties of office bearers and employees Administrative Division

Deputy Director

He heads the Women and Child Development Department at the district level. Oversees and guides all programs of the department. Progress reports of all programs of the department will be submitted to the District Panchayat / Directors / Government from time to time. District-level officers have the authority to exercise their financial powers as set out in the mandate of the Government’s Delegation of Financial Powers and have various administrative powers as head of office.

Women and Child Development Officer

He is an office financier and delivery officer and manages office administration and accounting. Assists Deputy Directors in the performance of their work. Oversees and supervises reform agencies and department-funded organizations. Will assist the Deputy Director in the implementation of the State Sector Schemes. He is the Public Information Officer of the Office of the Deputy Director.

Superintendent

In charge of all duties assigned to the office, manage the office accounting and cash transactions, review the files of the reform agencies, prepare the annual budget of the department, supervise the work of their departmental staff, and manage all other files assigned by the boss from time to time. He is an Assistant Public Information Officer in the Office of the Deputy Director.

First Division Assistant

Managing files for office administration and staff matters, service bookkeeping, Sai Shakti Scheme, Karnataka Balikwasi Academy, juvenile delinquency, social hazards prevention, legal camps, district level awards for talented children and other matters set by the bosses from time to time.

Second Division Assistant

The entire work of the Bhagyalakshmi yojane, the management of data on computers and other issues that are fixed by the bosses from time to time, and the ICDS. Maintain files related to the department and submit it to the Superintendent, and the other office functions that the superiors may indicate from time to time.

Driver

Monitoring and monitoring the decision making process And accountability

The Karnataka Civil Service Code (KCSR), which deals with personnel service matters, the Karnataka Economic Code for the maintenance of accounting, the Directorate of Expenditure, the Transparency Act, and the Government, District Panchayats Follow the instructions and circulars. When implementing the State Sector Programs, the government regulations and regulations pertaining to the respective projects will be followed. ICDS ICDS has been involved in the implementation of the program. Manual and related circular instructions will be followed.
